David Gottlieb had been a Director of the RCDSMM since the 1980’s. He is also the Region President for the South Coast Region of the RCD’s, and serves as the California Representative to the National Association of Conservation Districts.

In the past twenty years David N. Gottlieb and Never A Dull Moment Productions have made a specialty of producing videos for clients (both government and private) on the wide area of Natural Resource Conservation. David Gottlieb has held appointed voluntary positions on related Boards dealing with conservation and is experienced, educated and motivated in this critical arena.  As he states,”When I am awarded a production relating to natural resources conservation—I hit the ground running.”
